Assets that cannot be used by the beneficiary
Notwithstanding anything written in section 355, the beneficiary cannot use the following assets related to the property received under the inheritance:–
(a) Mines and minerals related to the property, but if the mine itself is allowed to be used under usufruct, such mine can be used.
(b) Grown trees, but fruits, flowers or other produce obtained from the trees may be used.
